President Jake Reinhardt called the meeting to order at 7:05 PM. Secretary Kelly read the Minutes from the previous meeting. Marybeth made a motion to accept the minutes, second by Scott. Dave read the Treasurers report. Kelly made a motion to accept the treasurers' report, second by Marybeth.
FOOTBALL:
The final record's for the 2003 season, are as follows; PeeWee 1-6-1, JV 8-0, and Varsity 2-6. JV won for our division but lost the championship game. The All-Star game was held Nov. 1. Peewees were the only team to win their game. The boys all received jerseys and patches. The banquet is Nov. 15 at Holy Name of Mary Hall. This year it will be a potluck dinner with each team responsible for a different dish. There will be an equipment turn in Monday, Nov 10 at 6 PM. Marybeth stepped down as coordinator.
CHEERLEADING:
Uniforms still need to be collected. There was a competition held in Medina, October 12. The PeeWee and JV squads both placed third, and Varsity took second place. Pembroke also won the spirit stick over all of the other squads. The competition in Albion on October 26, the Peewees took first place in spirit, JV won best dance and the Varsity did not place.

WRESTLING:
Practice starts Tuesday, December 2. Dave ordered more singlets and purchased the AAU cards for the returning wrestlers.
BASKETBALL:
Brian Swank has agreed to be the coordinator. Sign ups, coaches and the schedule all need to be set.

Nominations were held; President- Jake Reinhardt, Vice President- Marybeth Dean, Secretary- Sue Ryckman, Treasurer- Dave Horning, Sergeant of Arms- John Wetzel. All are running unopposed.
