President Kellie Kelsey called the meeting to order at 7:07 pm.  AP Rebecca Dyson read the Minutes from the previous meeting. Motion to accept Minutes by Christie Ludwig, seconded by Brian Swank. Treasurer Christie Ludwig read the treasurer's report.  Kellie Kelsey made a motion to accept the treasurer's report, seconded by Brian Swank. $3980.50 in General Fund.


FOOTBALL:

Coordinator Mark Dibble present.   Football going well.  Three games left in season. If Pee-Wee win Saturday, will be in championship. Championship game to be held in Medina on Oct. 29.  Pembroke hosting the All-Star game on Nov. 5, at 12, 2:00, and 4:00 pm. Kellie Kelsey raised concern that coaches are picking All-Stars unfairly.  Thanks to Roy Neeland for cooking in booth.  $1322.45 in account.

CHEERLEADING:

All committee members present.   New Pee-Wee coaches: Jessica & Emily Hennig, along with Sue Ryckman.   Competition is scheduled for October 9th at GCC.  All-Star cheerleaders have been picked.  Will be announcing after competition. Done working in food booth.  $3917.55 in account.

TRAVEL SOCCER:

Coordinator Steve Chapman present. No new news.  Made a little money from food booth due to game lasting only a half -a-quarter.   $109.38 in account.


NON-TRAVEL SOCCER

Coordinators Lindsey Dibble and Amy Howe present.   No new news.  Must spend some money by year-end.   $1730.14 in account.

BASKETBALL:

Coordinator Roy Neeland present. Had sign-ups during open house. 45 kids are signed up. Having another sign-up next week. Would like to reach 72 players. Checking out T-shirt prices and possible sponsors.  $248.30 in account.

SOFTBALL:

Coordinator Kellie Kelsey present at meeting.  Nothing new. $269.68 in account.


BASEBALL:

Coordinators Brian Swank and Christie Ludwig present at meeting.    Baseball now has three pitching machines. Also received a $100 donation towards a batting cage.  Spoke with school coaches about working towards a batting cage.  $412.20 in account.


WRESTLING:

New Coordinator Tom Patterson present. Tom introduced himself as taking over. He will be coordinator, but cannot commit to being there during every practice. Tom is looking for some help.  Will be sending letters for registration through classrooms in November, and calling kids that participated last year. Should start practices in December. $379.23 in account.


FOOD BOOTH:

Becky Dibble present.  Modified football games are open to whoever wants to work it.  Oct. 7 game is open for a sport to run it.  Need to find a way to get word out to get more people to run food booth. Everyone in agreement that it's always the same people running the food booth.


OLD BUSINESS:

Kellie thanked everyone for helping out at Brickhouse Corners.  Christie reported that we only made $350 off of the event. Mainly due to the fact that a lot of items were donated in past years, where this year they had to be purchased.

None.  Membership closed.
