President Jake Reinhardt, called the meeting to order at 7:05 PM. Secretary Kelly Harlach read the Minutes from the previous meeting. Scott made a motion to accept the minutes, second by Diane. Treasurer Dave Horning, read the Treasurer's report.  Kelly made a motion to accept the report, second by Marybeth.

FOOTBALL:
The game against Holley was the first win for the Peewees, the JV remains undefeated, and Varsity is 2-3. The Peewee and Varsity coaches were reprimanded by the league. There was a violation with weight-ins by the Varsity team in the game against Holley. NOFA decided that  Pembroke will be fined $50.00 and Troy Harlach, the head coach has been suspended for the rest of the year and possibly next year also.  There is a meeting Sunday, October 5, in Hartland to pick the All-Star teams.

CHEERLEADING:
The deadline to purchase the warm-up suits is October 11, they are $57.00. There will be 4 girls chosen from each squad for the All-Star game.  Joe would like letters of congratulations for the girls from the board. Practice will be now held indoors. No parents or children will be allowed to roam the halls.  The first competition is coming up in Medina.

BASEBALL:

SOCCER:
The ages for the travel league have been raised so we will be the same as the rest of the league.  They are; 19 & U, 16 & U, 14 & U, and 12 & U.  The 12 & U will not be co-ed.

WRESTLING:
No report

A new coordinator is needed for this year.
