MINUTES OF PYA MEETING Held on Thursday, September 6th, 2007

BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: Tom Patterson
President Brian Swank called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Johna Swank read the Minutes from the previous meeting. Motion to accept Minutes by Brian Swank, seconded by Christi Ludwig. Christi Ludwig read the treasurer's report. Brian Swank made a motion to accept the treasurer's report, seconded by Johna Swank. $927.07 in General Fund. At the executive meeting there was nothing new to discuss.
FOOTBALL: Scott Birkby and Mark Dibble present. They've had one game so far. Chicken bar-b-q planned. There will also be mugs and pens for sale. There are now 80 kids. $3,808.81 in account.
CHEERLEADING: Shannon Johnson present. There are two competitions scheduled in October. $5,579.33 in account.
TRAVEL SOCCER: No coordinator present. Season over. $88.66 in account.
NON-TRAVEL SOCCER: Amy Howes and Lindsey Dibble present. Nothing new to report. $1,150.27 in account.
BASKETBALL: Roy Neeland present. He will have sign-ups at open house. Pepsi delivered time clock. The bench and score table will arrive to his house this week. $1,581.78 in account.
SOFTBALL: Tim Sanner present. They will be raffle off 2 bikes at Steam show donated by Arnold's and Rykman's. $300.45 in account.
BASEBALL: Brian Swank and Christi Ludwig present. Nothing new to report. $-291.09 in account.
WRESTLING: Tim Sanner present. There will be sign-ups at open house. $1,035.15 in account.
FOOD BOOTH: Becky Dibble present. Need to get more volunteers. Check into kick back on Pepsi products.
COMMITTEES: Nothing new.
OLD BUSINESS: Brick house is in order. Pop will be delivered Friday in the morning. Start setting up on Friday about 5:00.
NEW BUSINESS: Baseball and softball have made a motion to join sports together. There will be one coordinator with different helpers handling individual areas. Motion was accepted by everyone present. This will take effect today!!! There is a concern with PYA building being left open. The equipment was cleaned out. The need for new doors being put up to protect the equipment is in motion.
NEW MEMBERS: Nothing new to report.
Brian Swank made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:48 p.m., seconded by Becky Dibble. The Next meeting will take place Thursday, October 4th, 2007 at 7:00 pm. in cafeteria.
