Brickhouse Corners is scheduled for September 10.  PYA will be having a pig roast, hotdogs, hamburgers, pop and water.  A planning meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 19, 7:00pm at Kellie Kelsey's house.

A call is in to Jake Reinhart regarding letter he was to receive from the Town regarding registration and sign-up for Brickhouse Corners.

Sign-up sheet at meeting for working Brickhouse Corners. Also can contact Sue Ryckman to set a time.

Discussion was had regarding requirements and member letter that was sent around.  Policies have been in place regarding membership requirements for years, this is first year PYA is trying to enforce them, which explains some of the confusion.  Intent is to have everyone involved and therefore limit what is expected.

Note to all coordinators and coaches to pass the word around that there is absolutely no driving on the track. Parking should occur in paved portions of the school.  Driveway off of Route 77 near football field is to be for handicap parking only. This is strongly expressed to PYA every year.  We do not want to lose our school use privileges.

COMMITTEES:
None.

NEW MEMBERS:
No new members.

Kellie Kelsey made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:07pm, seconded by Christie Ludwig.

The Next meeting will take place Thurs., August 4, at 7:00 pm. In cafeteria.
