OLD BUSINESS:
No old business.

NEW BUSINESS:
PYA will not be doing the Colonial Days this year due to short notice and other vendors selling hotdogs and hamburgers.

Kellie Kelsey wrote a letter to Scott Boyd and school commending them on the high quality of fields and ground work.

Would like to increase General Fund budget to enable PYA to give larger scholarships.  $250.00 is nice, but barely covers cost of one or two books nowadays.

Need to get something to block and close off equipment room in PYA Building. Too much equipment comes up missing. We need to ensure that what we have we continue to have.

Suggestion and discussion had regarding getting a cash register for the Food Booth.  Suggestion was to put an ad in the Genesee Valley Pennysaver under their non-profit organization section.

Discussion was had regarding fixing and maintaining baseball field at the Pembroke Volunteer Fire Company on Main Street in Corfu.  Brian Swank is in discussion with fire personnel on getting mounds, backstops, etc., set up.   Will get back to PYA with more information.  Would be a benefit to both PYA and Pembroke Fire District.
