MINUTES OF PYA MEETING

President Brian Swank called the meeting to order at 7:03 pm. Johna Swank read the Minutes from the previous meeting.  Motion to accept Minutes by Brian Swank, seconded by Christi Ludwig. Treasurer Christie Ludwig read the treasurer’s report. Brian Swank made a motion to accept the treasurer’s report, seconded by Johna Swank. $1468.34 in General Fund.     

FOOTBALL:
Mark Dibble/Scott Birkby/Jaime VonKramer present at meeting.   Banquet went well. Nofa meeting on Thursday.  $90.33 in account.
 

CHEERLEADING:
No coordinator present.  Season over. Looking into new uniforms for Pee-Wee girls.  $3,036.64 in account.
 

TRAVEL SOCCER:
No coordinator present.  Need a coordinator for 2007 season.    $738.21 in account.
 

NON-TRAVEL SOCCER:
Lindsey Dibble present.  $2216.18 in account.
 

BASKETBALL:
Roy Neeland present. This Saturday, the 6th, started the season. Will end in February. Need referees if possible. Working on getting new clock.  $1,330.57 in account.
 

SOFTBALL:
Coordinator needed.  Shannon Johnson will help if available.   $-25.38 in account.
 

BASEBALL:
Brian Swank & Christie Ludwig  present. Will try to have sign-ups in February. Looking to start committee if anyone is interested.  $-190.59 in account.
 

WRESTLING:
Tom Patterson present. January 13th is the Iroquois High School tournament.  $1,199.13 in account.
 

FOOD BOOTH:
Becky Dibble present. Nothing new to report.
 

COMMITTEES:
Scholarship committee needed. March or April dead line. Becky Dibble, Roy Neeland, and Marianna Fagan volunteering.
 

OLD BUSINESS:
 Sue Rykman talked to Rarick. Waiting to hear back. 
 

NEW BUSINESS:
Appointed members were Tom Patterson and Tom Nichols. Have newsletter sent out seasonal through school. Donna Hackett will do typing and Roy Neeland will make copies. Decide how to handle members who did not meet their commitments. Reform by-laws. Drop July’s meeting altogether. Have hardship members sign paper to do volunteer work. Leave membership amount at $75.00.
 

NEW MEMBERS:
2007 Membership is open.
 

Brian Swank made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:05p.m., seconded by Johna Swank.

The Next meeting will take place Thurs., February1st 2007, at 6:30 pm. In cafeteria.
